LinkedIn Automation Risks: By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with LinkedIn automation. While we implement best practices, we cannot be held responsible for any action LinkedIn takes against your account.

AI Regulations: We are not liable for any changes in laws, regulations, or compliance requirements related to AI that may impact our services.

3. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY

No Refunds: Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. Clients receive immediate access to methods and frameworks for generating leads and creating AI-driven content.

Payment Obligation: By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the fees in full as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

While our methods and frameworks are based on industry best practices, they are not proprietary, and we do not claim legal protection over them.Clients may use the provided methods for their own business but may not resell, redistribute, or share them without our written permission.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring that your LinkedIn activity complies with LinkedIn’s terms of service.

You agree to provide accurate information necessary for service delivery.

You acknowledge that results from outbound messaging and inbound content strategies may vary and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to terminate our services if a client violates these Terms, engages in unethical practices, or fails to make payment as agreed.
